Reciption staff always polite & helpful.
Had a phone consultation the dr. Listened, answered all my questions & refered me to the relevant service i required..

Telephone wait to book appointment was very long. Afterwards all went quickly and smoothly.

The online booking system is not good at all.
Opens at 8am , then by 8:01am, not open and must call or try again tomorrow .
However when I have called the surgery the reception staff are very helpful, efficient and do their best to find you the earliest available appointment.

My appointment with a nurse was arranged because a routine blood pressure test at the pharmacy showed high readings. When the nurse tested my blood pressure at the surgery it was still high but as I explained this had happened before and wearing a monitor had shown there was no problem, she gave me a form to record readings at home for 7 days.
I was pleased the nurse listened patiently to my explanation and felt if there was anything wrong it would be picked up.
The only improvement I can suggest is a text or similar when no further appointment is necessary.
